A) Yes & No - If you are looking at one of our items and there is a quantity showing, then these items are ready made in stock however if there is no quantity showing at all then these items will be made to order upon receipt of cleared funds.

Q) How long from ordering can I expect to wait for the goods to be ready?

A) If the goods that you have ordered are all showing in stock then the items will be posted off to you within 3 business days from receipt of cleared funds. If all or some of the items that you have ordered are not showing as in stock then please note that delivery times vary depending on the size of your order and our workload at time of ordering. We usually require at least one week ex-our works from receipt of cleared funds and at certain times this may take up to at least four weeks - please contact us prior to ordering for a more accurate response. We generally try and accommodate your requirements but at the same time we won't promise anything that we can't deliver either.

Q) Will these delicate items break during transportation?

A) No, please be assured that our method of packaging guarantees that your items will arrive intact. We go through a lot of trouble and a lot of packaging material to make sure that you receive all items in one piece and we can honestly say that we have never had a breakage that we know of to date.

Q) Can we pick the goods up at all?

A) Yes, we are located at Kellyville Ridge in Sydney (which is near Parklea Markets) and if this is convenient for you then you are more than welcome.

Q) Do you supply all over Australia?

A) Yes, we supply our products all across Australia.
